I’ve created the template and Loco sees it, but the problem is the same. The translations do not display in the correct places or mostly at all.

I’ve reinstalled whole WP, theme and plugin Loco Translate
When I open Loco I see the following page where I see 2 template files POT & MO

But when I try to add New language it says that there is no template for that and should create it first

What are the characteristics for the template I should create? As according to this https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/templates?utm_campaign=wp&utm_source=admin&utm_content=theme-msginit it is highly recommended

if so, which information I should ask from developers of the theme in order the bundle is fully configured?

after I’ve translated several strings it looks like the following:

Russian translations either is not shown or changed its’ correct place, for instance,
logout in Russian = “Выход”, but “Выход” is on the position of “my account” (in Russian = “Мой аккаунт”), while “Мой аккаунт” doesn’t display
