Currently it Has 4GB Ram

I was using cPanel VPS in godaddy but speed was little slow on godaddy but everything works fine.

This time, I installed cPanel & WHM on Cloud and transfer my accounts to that one.

After that I am starting facing these type of issues.

I am using php 7. Still having the issue.

I am using this strategy, like ‘Do nothing when WordPress has a video’ still nothing happen.
It posts video and that video is also not playable. Niether linked post nor video normal featured image.

As you say, I found that seal.js,js/jquery/jquery.js is already excluded. But after removing it from there, it works fine.This problem is solved.

But my server response time problem is yet not solved. I switched from w3total cache to WP super Cache. Kindly help me in this matter also.

Will you please tell me how can I remove js,jquery from AO optimization.Where I found this option. If you want to say ,inside plugin setting , then yes inside plugin setting I already uncheck js optimization .

Regarding server response time-
Currently I am using w3total Cache. Should I use WP super cache or W3Toatl cache.
