The plugin feature can detect the user’s current country location and pre-fill the country code accordingly. Another option, the website admin can decide on the default country prefix.
However, an empty pre-fix code is not part of the plugin functionality. I will try it in a future upgrade version.

The country code will auto prefix, when the user starts typing the number, and number validation is working, you need to select the number only check box from the phone field settings.

@losvincent I check the image URLs. Both images are blur, I think you are using any image optimization plugin or tool. It reduce image quality. Please replace images manually under the following folder. It will fix.

@ghinamt As I mentioned in our private chat on LinkedIn. it is a CSS issue and I shared a screenshot of my browser didn’t show any padding issue.
If you are still facing a padding issue, it is due to a specific theme CSS conflict.
You can use the following CSS code to increase the CSS padding. It’s an easy task. Place the following code into an additional CSS section from the admin panel. The additional CSS is a default feature provided by WordPress, so you don’t need to activate any specific plugin.

Increase the padding-left value according to your requirements.
