I hope plugin working fine for you. I added a new setting to enable auto country selection. Now, this warning message will not appear. The warning will appear if you enable the auto country feature and your server settings are not supporting it.
By default auto country selection feature is disabled.

The contact form 7 plugin required and placeholder feature is working. But as you know there is a pre-fill dropdown.
The phone number dial code field has dial code value.
If the fields are not empty, required validation avoids them.
For the phone number field, you can disable dial code from the plugin’s settings.
I updated the plugin settings. Now you can disable country dial code and it will show empty field and test the required validation. It will work for you.
Please update the plugin version.

Thank you for letting me know about this bug. Yes, it’s related to PHP server settings. I applied a code check. Is PHP allow_url_fopen is ON or not.

I just review the plugin with multisite. It is working fine.
If you are installing the plugin without contact from 7. It will not display error, because it’s contact form 7 plugin addon.
Please install contact form 7 first.

The popup modal flag dropdown is working fine. I checked on IPhone6.
The flag selection is working fine. Kindly update the plugin. I update plugin functionality. Now you can easily manage default country, included, excluded and preferred countries from admin panel.

Geolocation feature also added. You just skip default country field blank. It will pick current geolocation country auto selected.

My theme has a local fonts folder, CSS embed these fonts as relative URLs. When AMP plugin converts them to amp style tag. Fonts URLs convert wrong.
As I told it just in multi-site case.

I am looking for a more easy way, so user can manage it without code alternation.
