Please try “sg” instead of “SG”. I mean country code in small letter.
I will update plugin code, so it will auto convert to the small letter.

Please check the source code of page by click Crtl+u and see these two variable values which are highlighted in the screenshot.

Assigned country code will auto-selected.

Kindly share screenshot or page URL. I just checked your website contact form. There no country and phone number field.
contact Form has a mobile number field. But it defaults contact form 7 field. You need to add country drop-down and phone number by plugin-specific field.

Thank you for letting me know about the issue.
I really apologize for the inconvenience.
It’s due to PHP is_int function. is_int function has some limitation.
So I update the validation and replace to is_numeric function. Now it is working fine.

Thank you for using my plugin.
It’s a very unique glitch. I will try to find a solution and will get back to you. If you found anything related to this issue.
In short. I think it’s due to the page was not loaded properly when you click the back button.
As you know, the browser tries to restore the form/page data on back button click.
So It might be something related to browser function.

If you are looking for auto country selection. There an option in plugin settings.

If you enable auto country code selection. It will work based on computer IP address.
If you are a developer you can checkout the plugin file.

As I check the javascript code. There no initcountry value right now.

The plugin is using an IP tracker script. Kindly confirm is this script is working on your server or not.

If the script is working and the script returns valid country code.
The plugin JS script will be visible like this.
