I am very sorry for the late answer. We were trying to understand what is causing the issue.
It seems that you are using Cloudflare and have the Bot Fight Mode option enabled, in your Cloudflare dashboard that has blocked our service’s IP addresses.
Please navigate to Security > WAF(Web Application Firewall). Click on the Tools tab and enter the 10Web IP addresses mentioned in this article “Troubleshooting disabled API” to whitelist them. As soon as you whitelist the IP addresses, it will start working again. Let me know if it helped.

The reason why it doesn’t optimize your page is that we do not support category pages at the moment. We support only standard pages and posts and you can try to optimize them now.
We have this fix in our roadmap and I will contact you again and inform you as soon as we release it.

Can you please send the access log (UTC +4 timezone 10:00-13:00) of your website to [email protected]? The REST API is being blocked but we don’t get what is blocking it right now. Access log will help us to find out the reason.
