Could you please enable the plugin again, enable Test mode and share the link to your website so that we can check what issues you have? If you enable the test mode, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster. The 10Web Booster will become inactive on your live website while remaining active for testing and troubleshooting. You couldn’t face any issues with the plugin after deactivating it. Most probably you were still seeing it because of the cache. If you clear the cache and check the website in incognito mode you will not see any issues.
Could you please enable the plugin again, enable Test mode and share the link of your website so that we can check what issues you have? Unfortunately, your website doesn’t open at all right now. And it can’t be connected with the 10Web Booster plugin.
Could you please contact your hosting provider to restore your website so that we can have a look at your issues?

Thank you for the reply. Happy that it helped. Probably it was actually the IP’s whitelisting that fixed the issue but for some reason, it was affected by a delay.

That is how the Delay JS option works. It triggers the load of the JS on mouse hover. However, as you have animation at the top of your page, we have enabled automated JS load in 2-3 seconds after the page load for your website. The animation is working now, please check.

You should whitelist the IP addresses mentioned in this article Troubleshooting disabled API section: https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/6549143350034-Troubleshooting-the-10Web-Booster.
As you are using Cloudflare and probably have the Bot Fight Mode option enabled, please follow the steps in the Important note in the article.

It seems that you are using Cloudflare and have the Bot Fight Mode option enabled, in your Cloudflare dashboard that has blocked our service’s IP addresses.
Please navigate to Security > WAF(Web Application Firewall). Click on the Tools tab and enter the 10Web IP addresses mentioned in this article “Troubleshooting disabled API” to whitelist them. As soon as you whitelist the IP addresses, it will start working again. Let me know if it helped.`
