Thank you very much for your patience and help. I deleted all the slides in the slide module and redid them – I think there may have been a damaged image that did not cause a problem until the update. There does not seem a conflict between the Olya gallery and NextGen. Time will tell!

The problem seems to be in the Olya Theme Slider – Am working with WooThemes on that but would appreciate your checking the code above to see if JetPack is part of the issue.

I found the problem – it was a theme setting outside NextGen. I needed to specify full width both in the template and in the layout.
