Seems like you are replying with trying to cover your problem and wanted to show your “good service” but sorry you failed as I would not allow you to cheat your users.

You didn’t even understand my issues and how did you check to find?

Moreover, you didn’t even answer my complaint directly.

Stop all these kind of drama script. I am not the only one who complaint about your terrible support team. And your so call 5-star comments are doubtful.

Updated 13th May – the support team sent me letter requested me to remove or change my rating to them “so that the negotiation of refund can be continued”. it sounds like some “corruption” to me, or i should actually suspect many good rating here are “paid” or “trade” with certain terms and condition. However, after i refuse to accept the “offer”, they twisted and said, they can not agree on the refund. which also means, the “offer” on “can continue negotiate” was a lie.
..
so be aware before you decide to pay for the pro. because you have only 30 days to consider, and if the system went wrong after 30 days, you have to bare your own responsibilities for they would never refund even its their problem.

i agreed. almost same issue here, really unprofessional, even they agreed to refund, but soon the issue were spinning around and then they refused to refund. i am not the kind that leave bad comments too.
