If I try that option, the blog page returns error404 ??

If I set the permalinks to appear like this:

POSTS: https://www.domain.com/blog/post-name
CATEGORY BLOG: https://www.domain.com/blog/category-name

I get 404 error, I understand that it is due to the conflict of using the same slug for two different types of content, is there no way to make it work?
