It’s not a bug as generally you don’t need an address for a virtual item, you need to select the Require Billing Address option, and have it enabled in your Paypal account by PayPal support.

Update: This actually appears to be an issue with the premium function disabling itself, I will contact you via email regarding this as you say it cannot be discussed here.

I do not have the Yoast SEO WooCommerce plugin, just the standard YOAST SEO plugin yet my brand JSON data has gone.

@3sonsdevelopment The issue resolved itself overnight, then a day later it happened again. However Since then I have had no further issue. I’m guessing it was an issue with PayPal’s IPN system rather than WooCommerce.

Update: Seems to be much worse for me this time round with IPN delays in excess of an hour

Looks like the devil is back, same issue happening to me in the past hour.

Seems to have resolved itself overnight, mine are all working as normal again.

@fluiddesk Yes all up to date, all orders were fine until around an hour ago and then all of a sudden they sit as pending payment, checked my PayPal accont and the payments are there.

I suspect it is an issue with their IPN notification system being delayed hence it wouldnt show any errors as such, it’s just delayed sending.

Orders are slowly receiving payments, wait time is around 20-40 minutes and seems to be fairly random.

@nadav064 That depends on your custom setup (which you should know), for example mine is set to auto complete only virtual orders etc.

@nadav064 It turns out virtual items do not send an address to PayPal as part of an update around 4 months ago which caused my original issue. If you HAVE to send an address to PayPal (you don’t for virtual items) then just don’t set it as a virtual item on your WooCommerce item page.
