Sure, sorry. https://www.anderpyschotherapy.com is the website. I’ve checked it on desktop and mobile, iOS, Windows, and Android. Safari on iOS causes the problem.

FYI I’m having the exact same problem, the portfolio grid is not appearing on the page on mobile, and it isn’t a plugin or caching issue. As kfreece mentions, sometimes it eventually loads, sometimes it doesn’t. The images in question are optimized and compressed and there are only three portfolio items to display. The problem happens on Safari on mobile but not in Chrome on Android.

I still don’t know what the exact issue was but I re-made the gallery from scratch, with fresh versions of every photo. This appears to have fixed it. Hope it helps someone else.

PS: On that same page, it suddenly logs me out of the WordPress dashboard as well.

Yup, I had this suddenly stop working, then one of the galleries stopped working. I wish I knew what was going on.

It was Master Slider and I edited my last post a minute before you replied: I fixed the JS error using a theme update and then re-did the custom code I used to get the slider to display.

Ignore me, I updated the Zerif theme and it seems to have pinpointed the issue for me. Thanks!

Sorry to pester, but I’m having the exact same issue. Like Blikouame, there is no custom.js file to edit. I have scoured /wp-content/themes/Zerif/js/ looking for it.
