Thank you for the instructions! Tried them all but no success. I asked a friend who’s a WordPress developer and he helped me out. It seems the cron jobs don’t work server side with wp cli (i’m just a messenger, not sure what this means)

Anyway, working on it, but nothing to do with the plugin! Thanks a lot again <3.

I tried to fix it and came to the following issues on my Divi webshop (and solution for the time being)

• Php 7.4 gives less errors than 8.0
• the errors are in line with one filter INSIDE a pre set which is in my case the filter with product tags
• in my case, the product tag is also used in posts as a post tag. Maybe that’s giving the conflict

I also use ACF for some products and thought maybe that’s causing a conflict too. But couldn’t find it.

It’s working now by downgrade PHP to 7.4 and deactivate the section inside the pre set. Still waiting for the real solution.

Yes I have! I contacted one.com support for this issue and they worked like an hour about it. The problem was in the Security and Authentication tab: that has to be SMTPS and Plain. Now it’s working great and fine!

I use shop module, and choose ‘content on this page’ as the products that must be shown.

I found different documentations about this problem and Divi King is saying it’s because of a bug with WooCommerce en Divi. It only works if you don’t categorie the Shop page as Shop Page set with Divi. It’s here: https://docs.divikingdom.com/build-products-search-layout/

I also contacted Divi and they changed with 4 support members because no one could found the problem. In the end a member told me it’s a known problem and Divi is working on it but they can not say when it’s fixed. It’s weird because on some websites of mine it does work, but this big webshop of mine (5500+ products) is not working fine. So i don’t think the problem is with Advanced Woo Search but with Elegant Themes.

Yes! I am experiencing the exact same thing. It is working though without the search result page build with Divi. But I like it te other way, obviously.

Any idea?

I tried different things, like changing the shop in catagories and show products from all categories. But it’s not working.

The search bar is showing the the right products, but they don’t get to the Search result page.
