I can not delete the plug in.

Hi I received this while doing an update and I can not login to my site. I this is the only thing it is letting me post. This what is showing, Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘WCFM_

I got this when I activated the plug in.

I can not login to my website and it is jacked up now. My website is gamesnewscity.com and I can not login my admin account. I tried to delete plug it would not deactivate or delete.
