– What is it not compatible with?
– What versions of WordPress and WooCommerce are you running?
– Is there a specific error message that’s occurring.

Not necessarily 100% your fault; it would be better if we made sure this isn’t “physically” possible :-).

My first guess is that you might be having an issue with your box packing configuration. Could you provide a little more information about the following:

– What shipping method are you using for your customer check out?
– The dimensions and weight of the two items in the order.

By the way, what’s your experience with Subuno? Is it good? Are there any other Sift Science alternatives that are worth looking into?

One solution to this issue could be to make the plugin support different services. It would take some time, but it’s something I work work towards.

I’ve reached out to my contacts at Sift Science to clarify this.

If this really is their new model, they’re excluding a large number of small and medium sized businesses. $500 a month doesn’t really make sense unless you’re making… what? $50,000 in monthly sales?

If all else fails, it won’t be hard to switch this plugin over to some other service. Let’s see what I find out.

Oh no! I didn’t know about this. This is terrible news.

It used to be like 10 cents per order.

Flat rate boxes might be an option, but I guess the price is significantly different.

However, we’ve been looking more closely at flat rate envelopes and have realized our interpretation of what constitutes an envelope was wrong.

I expect we’ll be supporting thicker items in a flat rate envelope soon. I’ll keep you posted.

We are looking into smart ways to automatically figure this type of thing out, but in the meantime, I believe you can work around this problem by avoiding the use of “pack items individually” for your packing method option.

You will then need to create a package that fits the requirements of first class mail. If your multiple items fit into the package, we’ll then request postage for the package and not the individual items.

Hey Jeremy,

I noticed that your items have a height of 2″ and 1.5″. Envelopes are supposed to accommodate item thicknesses up to 0.5″.

Could that be your problem?

We were having issues with all types of envelopes but this has been resolved. This may have been the reason you weren’t seeing more than result with the service selection above. Can you try this once again and let us know if you still need assistance on this topic?
