    Hi @jainnidhi,

Yes, I know I could just totally change the theme. However, the website has been in existence for awhile and it’s for a client. It’s also not free from what I see. There are lots of pages I have nothing to do with on the site. Changing the theme would mean having to go in and fix up everything after the switch.

I’d really love to find a way to fix this without a theme change. ??

Never mind, I figured out the problem. The update button gets cut off on my screen. It doesn’t let me scroll down far enough with the scroller. I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch. By putting my browser in full screen mode, I was able to save. Would still be good to fix this, however, as it’s nice to not always have to be in full-screen mode.

Hi @t-p thanks so much for taking the time to answer! I have already tried two different computers (windows and mac) and two different browsers (chrome and firefox), in two different places (work and home). I’ve cleared the cache on my page plugins and my browser and refreshed the page multiple times. I’m not quite sure how to check my host’s cache, but this has been an ongoing problem for months, so I imagine it’s not that.

Unfortunately the developer of my theme no longer offers support, which is why I came here. I didn’t realize this forum was only for official wordpress themes, I apologize. I was just hoping to avoid having to purchase another theme due to this issue!

    Best,

    Nicole
