We disagree with being called con artists and prefer not to engage on that level.

We have responded to over 50 of your tickets, except for 4 marked as spam by HelpScout. We provided solutions, but you were not satisfied with the results.

Our 30-day refund policy is in place for customers to test the product and decide if it’s right for them. After this period, claiming it’s not suitable is not reasonable.

Same here, something is wrong with the Google font loaded by Kirki, it doesn’t load the regular weight ones.

The plugin has not been abandoned.

Should you encounter any problems, please report them, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving them.

You may have a faulty plugin. I suggest you disable plugins one by one and check each time if the error goes away.

This will require a custom plugin. Each plugin will certainly have a different approach, the custom plugin author will have to study all approaches and write the glue.

For people not confident creating files (and child themes), a very nice alternative is to use the plugin Code Snippets to add the code to your website.

Doublecheck your database connection on the wp-config.php file.

You are victim of the C in CSS. The best thing to do in my opinion is to look at the design and try to replicate it with your own CSS. It will take less time and less code.

So you want two things:
– Show a form
– Save form submission in SQL tables

I don’t see any need for AJAX here unless required by your client.

What you need is the code that does the 2 things (show and save), this requires knowledge of WordPress plugin development.

Your solution is fine.
