I renamed the file to .htaccessold, still same problem. Site works fine, any attempt to get a login page gives 404 error.

I cannot do that, as I have no way to get into the dashboard.

Any attempts to login or get anywhere in the admin area result in 404 error.

The site works, but thats about it. I cannot even add a post if I wanted to because I have no way to log in.
