That’s irrelevant. The fucker wouldn’t open. Not in any browser I have. But it would open in GoLive5, after which it would open in Netscape.
As for the instructions; hah! By following them I managed to screw up the file. When you’re going to tell people how to get something down, you damn well get it right in the first place. If the user needs to change something, you point out every instance where the change needs to be made.
Too many stupid mistakes. Too many stupid assumptions. Not everyone who wants to blog is a script monkey or code geek. Deal with it. As for me; until Word Press is a mature product I will stick with something designed with normal humans in mind, and not those with extreme autism.

BTW, pestering them is what a host’s tech support is for.
