Really sorry for the experience which you had with our plugin.

CPT support is present in our Pro version.

Tab widget uses Ajax to load tab content, so it should not affect the page load time, you can check the live demo here https://demo.mythemeshop.com/point-pro/blog/

Also, a notice regarding the pro version should not appear once it is dismissed, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Are you using Author Rating or Visitor Rating? That column shows only Author Ratings. But I have forwarded the feature request to show Visitor rating in that column, and it will be added in one of the upcoming updates.

The errors which you are seeing are just warnings. If orange-colored warnings are appearing in the Structured Data tool, then those are just optional fields. Only concerning things is when you see the red colored errors.

Please test your page using this tool, and you will know your pages are eligible or not https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

Also, please note that even if the page is eligible for Rich Results, it is up to Google to show rich results in Search Results or not, and it can take some time.

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop, you can edit the review box template by copying template file from the plugin folder into your theme.

1) Copy file box-templates/default.php from the plugin folder
2) Create a new folder in the theme named wp-review and paste the copied file in it
3) Now you can replace H5 with any other tag you want.

Please note, updating the theme might remove these changes, so it is recommended to create a child theme first.

Also, in terms of SEO, there is no need to add H tags in the descending order, there is no rule that says H5 should not be added before H2, H tags should be used according to the importance of the text.

Sorry that you had issues but the plugin does not create any pages.
It simply shows the pages in the Sitemap.

From the Screenshot, it seems like that you enabled the attachment pages to be indexed which is not recommended. You can read here about that

Could you please try adding a translated file in the wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder?

Adding translated .po file in the plugin is not recommended as the file will be delayed in the future when you update the plugin.

If you are reviewing a third party product, then you can keep these fields empty. These fields are optional, and if you do not see any red error in the Structured data testing tool (https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/), then there is nothing to worry.

Sorry for the confusion, but the option to add the total rating is in the premium version of the plugin.

But if you know the PHP language, then you can use this shortcode [wp-review-total] in your page templates to show the total rating anywhere in the theme.
