Access your all files using your file manager than ensure that there is directory already exists or not… i think there is definitely exist directory with same name.

yaa off-course wp version 4.1 run on php version 5.5. Because it need 5.2.4
On the higher version it must works.

Clear all cache from your browser, delete all temporary files from your machine and finally try to access your website using IP Address.
