In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Server requirements and compatibiliyThanks for the reply. I was sent these screenshots that I attached, where you can see the images that were uploaded when a test image was uploaded and it didn’t work. In one of the screenshots you can see that one of the images is converted to webp but others are not. What files specifically should I upload? Is there a way to generate only one webp image, the original, without uploading other dimensions? Does it give any indication of the possible problem?

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Server requirements and compatibiliyThank you for your help. It worked on Friday when we tested that configuration, however, on Saturday it no longer worked and no changes were made to the configuration. This server runs on Google Cloud where there is a base of the website and its image where any changes to files do not persist. Does this configuration do any file writing or adding any files to the system? We are not sure why it stopped working overnight.
Here is the image that uploaded correctly in the test: https://repositorio-willax-dev.storage.googleapis.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/08162012/t3h5byfw9aS2iJvSxL7bMY62cMix4IQv27NGFPOF-2-3.jpg.webp
And here is the one that didn’t work the next day: https://repositorio-willax-dev.storage.googleapis.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/09101622/ale-venturo-1.jpg.webp

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Server requirements and compatibiliyThanks for the reply. Specifically, I have the wp offload media uploading new images to our repository in Google Cloud Storage. What settings or what should I take into account so that this plugin works correctly and the images that I upload on each entry are converted to webp and are those that are linked?
Regards,

Hello, we have a problem, we are a few days away from launching the site and we want to upload the images to its repository, however, despite the connection being established, the following appears in another tab and no images have been uploaded.
“Delivery provider status cannot be determined. An error was encountered while attempting to offload a temporary file for Public delivery.”
What could be the cause, do you know?
What kind of permission does the .json file need?

<nd-cloudfront/classes/providers/storage/storage-provider.php on line 378Exactly. On my website, that doesn’t work. The cost per shipment is kept in the calculator. This happens with the latest version of Woocommerce (3.9.1), so the question is whether this plugin is tested with this version or not. Or if a bug is due.
Hi, I know. Thenks, but by default the box is checked that all other options are canceled if pick-up is chosen. That cannot be changed in the Free version. But what I see is that although this option is enabled it does not happen. Is it because it doesn’t work? I understand the free version, by default what happens is that everything else is deactivated, right? Otherwise it wouldn’t make much sense, even if it’s free.
