Thanks for your reply. I finally found my issue. It was a configuration setting in a plugin called WPClever. On their settings page is a drop down list. The option called “Show “Option none” ” was set to “YES”. I set this to “NO” and the blank radio button was gone. That fixed it.

I’ve changed to the default theme and had the same error. I’ve also logged into my router looking for something that might block uploads and couldn’t identify anything that might cause a problem. I’ve Googled Xfinity blocking uploads and again couldn’t find anything.

My other sites have no issues uploading. I’m still at a loss.

Thanks you for your post. The your first link is for a post-processing error. The image is never uploaded, “The server cannot process the image”. The article is geared towards an image issue. The images are all under 300K. Additionally, as I said, I am able to use a hotspot and upload successfully. The second link is again about image issues. Because the hotspot works, the image attributes do not seem to be the problem.

Another thing that I noticed i that on this site, I can see the backups of all my sites. The other sites only see heir own backups. How does this happen and how do I fix it?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I successfully imported the UpDraftPlus MySQL file and was able to login as as admin. I then did a complete site restore but I am still pointing to a different site.

Why wouldn’t the restore replace all of the files and folders?

That worked!! I was able to perform a backup and a restore. I changed the remote storage to use Google Drive and then added the plugins to the backup, did another backup, made a site banner change and then another successful restore!! ??

Am I able to use my local PC drive instead of remote drive for my backups?

Hi.
Thanks for getting back to me. There is 45GIG+ available, plus not a single file has been written. I would have thought at least one zip file would be been written to the target folder. BTW, this target folder is on a local PC on which I am the admin.
Any other ideas?

I found a fix.

I tried replacing line “display: none;” with “display: block;” in uris-layout.php but that didn’t help.
