Good afternoon Sander,

It sounds like you’re encountering the issue with HPOS being enabled in your WooCommerce settings. Unfortunately, our current live version is not compatible with HPOS. You can find the HPOS settings by navigating to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Features. Here, you can disable HPOS.

However, I’d like to point out that we do have a beta version that is compatible with HPOS, which you can find on our GitHub.

De nieuwe versie verwachten we in Februari/Maart te releasen. Voor een oplossing voor het HPOS probleem in combinatie met versie 4.21, kan er contact op worden genomen met [email protected]

We unfortunately do not support the DE language in our checkout fields. If I read your message thoroughly, I think the best way to solve the problem is to turn the MyParcel address fields off entirely.

From what I can read from the error logs that you shared with us, the issue could be that the package_type is empty within our plugin. If you head over to our plugin and select Default Export settings. On this page, you can enter a shipping method that will connect with a package_type, such as package or mailbox.

If this doesn’t solve your issue, I would like to advise you to send an e-mail to [email protected]

The variable issue that you are facing will be fixed in our new version, we will be mailing all our customers next Monday 16-10-23, 11:00 CEST with our new release.

Regarding the issue with the imported products (WP All Import), I am not sure if this is a compatibility issue or an issue on our end. If you would like for us to take a look, be sure to reach us at [email protected]

Good day,

It is indeed possible to hide the action buttons in your order overview within WooCommerce. You can do this by clicking on the “Screen Options” button in the upper-right corner (on the orders page). This will open a window at the top with various buttons. To hide the action buttons, simply deselect the “Actions” checkbox. Now, the buttons in your order overview will disappear.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the options under the destination. To do that, we would need to disable the entire destination, which is possible. You can do this under the same window (Screen Options) by deselecting the “Destinations” button.
