    I am trying to create a new (first) popup.

    Hello, following up on this. The posts in the list seem to just get stuck and don’t refresh like they should. They used to update daily, and now they get stuck for weeks.

    I’ve tried manually clearing the cache through the plugin settings, but is there a way to adjust the settings so it will refresh daily manually. I have caching turned on for every minute, but it still seems to get stuck somehow unless I manually clear the cache.

    I also manually cleared the cache directly through the plugin, and that seemed to help, however, I noticed that it’s pulling up the error of ‘Sorry, no data to display.’ Is that because I set the log limit to 7 days? I realized that might’ve been a mistake. Oops.

    Thanks for the feedback. I figured it was incompatibility with Gravity Forms.

    I’ll keep that other plugin in mind for the future. Right now the workaround solution for the site I shared is fine for now. But I often like to use that on other sites, so I’ll remember there’s that option. I didn’t even realize you guys have a premium plugin.

    I set up a duplicate page with what we have, but with the Divi Popups:
    https://careforlife.org/expeditions-test/

    The two application buttons at the top are supposed to pull up the two different Gravity Forms forms in the popups. They’re in there in editing mode, but in normal view mode they’re just showing up blank. Seems to be a bug I’ve seen on different sites, so I’m pretty sure this isn’t site specific since deactivating plugins didn’t make a difference before from what I remember.

    Hi Rohit,

    Because of the delay in response, I ended up having to create new pages with the Gravity Forms embedded so we could promote the page for a campaign. But it is a problem I have come across a lot. I’ll have Gravity Forms embedded in the Divi Popup, but when you click to view the popup, only the GF shortcode is visible and not the actual form. Seems to be a bug in the plugin. I can set it up again on another page if you want to view and debug the issue.

    I still have never heard a reply about this issue. It seems unfortunate because this plugin is so great other than this bug. I like using the popups for Gravity Forms to keep some pages simpler, if needed.

    Thank you! I send a message to Meta support to figure out the connection issue. I’ll circle back if they can’t resolve it.

    Nevermind, I figured this out by adding some mobile css for the following style:

    .mysticky-welcomebar-apper.et_fixed_nav #main-header {
    top: 110.3906px !important;
    }

    Thank you!

    I ended up just creating a widget and then writing some PHP code to into the template where the feed is pulled from. Seems to be working okay.

    (@myntillae)

    Oh, I was saying that the caching plugin wasn’t even active when we started noticing the problem. Even when I deactivated it again it still won’t display any data, so I’m not sure if it’s really that that’s causing the issue. We had the caching plugin active for a lot of years and it never conflicted with the WPP PHP code before, just all of the sudden it stopped working.

    The sidebar option does work, I just need to figure out how to get that to work in the PHP template. I’m not a PHP coding expert, but I’ll figure it out.

    I had the WP Super Cache plugin deactivated before we even realized that the feed wasn’t working, and activating it didn’t make any difference. Thought I would throw that out there in case it’s relevant information.

    Thank you! The issue was the jquery conflict. I had the polaroid option selected already, so it was definitely a jquery conflict. I adjusted some settings and all is working correctly now. Thanks for your help!
