But I don’t have Elementor activated (you said to regenerate all aspects file and data in Elementor > Tools). (I used Thrive Architect – I have a standalone product of Architect before they combined it with Thrive Themes). Is this an important step?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to delete customersYes, but I only have a total of four email addresses, so it’s not very helpful when testing. I ended up deleting all the data inside my cpanel, etc, as I’ve seen other people state in other posts in this forum.
Many Woocommerce users would appreciate it if it was simple to do inside of the WordPress dashboard.

I’m guessing that they are registering on “My Account” page as well. Can something be done to prevent this (ex. would a Captcha work?). The other idea would perhaps be that when a customer registers on the “My Account” page, that he/she must then check their inbox to click a link which verifies that it is a real person. HOWEVER, IN SAYING THIS, I don’t want a customer who is registering for the first time to do a purchase to have to do this (when there are items in the cart and the customer is in the process of checking out), as it will interfere with the sale and cause loss of sales.

I read a WC document on editing the emails a bit, but I’m not sure how to do it still. All I want to add is my customer support email address if they run into any problems after their order. Can you advise me how to do this?

“Sorry for the trouble there. When an order is placed and paid for, it is set to “processing.” The idea is now that order has been paid for, the store owner will need to ship it, or do something else with it and then change the status to completed.
For digital products, you can set them to be both downloadable and virtual. When they are both set, paid order will automatically be marked completed.

The money is showing up in my Paypal account for the test order. So how do I get the order to complete?
I have set it up (and plan to keep it that way) that the customer has to login to get his/her download.
Also, is there a way to edit the emails to add my support email if the customer has problems or questions?

I do have this validation error that I see: Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address (theemailaddress.com). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.
How do I deal with this? I have four different emails that I can use to accept payments through Paypal.
This is probably what is causing the error, but I don’t know what to do….
