Hi Michelle,
First you need to activate the plugin under “plugins” on your admin panel.
Once done – you need to create a signature (free) over at mylivesignature.com and copy the Id generated for it.

Then go to your admin -> Settings -> MyLivesignature.
Paste your signature Id, hit save and you’re set to go ??

Please mail us with a user that has admin rights to support[at]mylivesignature.com
Also please send us your signature ID.
We will login and try to figure out why that happens + fix it for you.
