How were you able to update the plugin if you’re unable to get in? I’m still stuck with the error code and can’t get in.

Hello, I’m having the same issue currently. I just went to get in and it is still giving me the same error code.

“Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home1/mkusr/public_html/mylibrarycardworeout.com/wp-content/plugins/akismet/class.akismet-admin.php on line 1060”

Unsure how to fix it as I am unable to get in. Any ideas? I just checked right now, after reading the feed to see they updated?

Thank you very much for checking. When I changed my search results slightly it seems to show up now. Maybe I need to clear my cache on my web browser as I know that can sometimes cause issues.

Apologies for this delayed response. I have gone and done that to the permalinks. I remember when I transferred over, I did change something on that end, not realizing that it would change everything.

Does this mean that all of the new posts, since the transfer to the self-hosted site, need to have their links changed? Or will it automatically be done.

Yeah, it was exactly the same. I just went from .wordpress.com to a .com.

Okay, I have fixed one of them but one is still missing. So I will need to fix it.

I went to google search console to try and figure out where my old pages are and I have like 345 error codes, so 345 of my posts are 404 erroring.

When I transferred to self-hosting I didn’t set up the redirecting thing by paying for the service. Do you think that should be done? Or how can I go about fixing all of these posts. Would I need to go back into the posts on the back end and re-publish them all? Or is there an easier way?

I may need to call my host (HostGator) and see if it can be fixed from their side, if anyone thinks that might be better.

197 results, I’m guessing that is pages. Which is pretty low considering I have like 700+ posts up there. So I’ll need to figure that out.

And 3 google-site-verifications? How am I able to either delete some of them or edit/reset it?
When you say generating the tag, do you mean like tags on a post or….I’m not terribly computer savvy on the back end of this stuff.

So I went to the site verification section and I’ve actually already done that. So I went to Google Console and it seems that stuff is coming through. But for some reason stuff isn’t showing up still??

I believe so. I don’t have any extra plug in. I just use Jetpack.

Would I do it under there?

I’ve noticed that the size changes. Apparently it really depends on the size of your screen if you will see the entire ad or not. It’s not responsive. How annoying.
Not sure if I can fix it or not.
