Do you think it would be possible to work with the redirection plugin author to create something that might do this automatically? You both are extremely credible and trusted authors whom designed plugins with a high amount of distribution. Maybe you guys could create some APIs or hooks that talked to each other and instantaneously solve this problem for us.

Truthfully we’ll all continue to take hits as we optimize image file names. Id be willing to pay a pro price for that fix. Its actually critical.

hi there so after a few weeks i see a slight climb in seo ranking however in checking my sitemap I still see the attachment urls there. Is this normal? Even with a plugin that is supposed to be purging my attachment urls from the google index.

Are you trying to detect apache modules in php – if so that is something that works only as a dso. We can have one php version only in cpanel as a dso.”

Okay i’m sure its enabled….How do I get the apache rewrite rules to work or troubleshoot them?

So I ran a bulk optimize and while its running I see that webp images already exist. When I test webp it says that mod_headers isn’t running but when I check my version of php it says mod_headers is loaded.

Very confusing. Do you have any ideas?

I understand. Well working for artists they want to keep control over their work and not have copies of it in a cloud. I love this plugin. Hopefully, there will be a pro version of the plugin for compressing onsite.
