No, I’m not using a custom PDF Template. I don’t even know how to change things on my website. I’m a very small business and had my website set up in 2022. I really just take orders, print invoices, then send them. I don’t know how to do much else.

I do have images embedded into the body of my products, but those images are not appearing. It’s just feature image as per the image uploads for woocommerce. But I’ve always used this and they’ve never appeared in invoices. See image of product to see where I add images. The “Product Image” is the one appearing in my invoices. It is taking up one entire page in the invoice. Not to mention the huge black bar at the top of my invoice. That’s new too. No idea why it’s there.
