then there is a issue with other plugins, so i have to live with it or to manage it without plugin.

So how i can know, when a new ticket is created? I know, i can see in the dashboard, but i am not every day online! Can i buy the pro version or can you add this small thing in the Messages as E-Mail template? I can donate for this function… Man i thought this was the perfect plugin, its near to be… Please help ??
