Hi! The automatic emailer didn’t work; the email never seems to find it’s way to my email?

I want to be sure I’m explaining this well. When I click on View the Latest posts on WordPress via tags such as News, Christmas, Photography etc…..my blog would not show up even though I used those tags. It used to show up with no problem.
