This is probably the result of the theme having Jigoshop elements built-in. You’ll need to access the site via FTP and change the theme name in order to turn off the theme (this will allow you to access the Dashboard). Then reactivate Jigoshop within the WordPress Dashboard. After that you should be able to change the name to the theme back to the original and reactivate it within the Dashboard.

In order to use the theme you may have to leave Jigoshop activated and just remove the pages required for Jigoshop.

Package Weight should just be an average estimate. If you find that this estimate will not be sufficient for particular products you may need to add to the product weight itself.

What type of video? You should just have to paste the URL if it’s YouTube or Vimeo.

To be honest, it sounds like a problem with caching? Are you using a caching plugin? If you are then you should deactivate it to see if it’s the problem.

Before deactivating the caching plugin, you must first empty the cache and then turn off caching from within your caching plugin.
