In reply to: [Jigoshop] wp super cache not compatible? You’re welcome.
No, you don’t need the domain. Just the page name. WP Super Cache uses just the page name. But remember that W3 Total Cache needs the forward slash after the page name.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] wp super cache not compatible? Here are settings for Caching with WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache.
WP Super Cache
1. Install and activate WP Super Cache in your WordPress Installation.
2. Enable Caching by going to Settings ? WP Super Cache and selecting the Caching On (Recommended) radio button. Press Update Status to save to this setting.
3. Click the Advanced tab on the WP Super Cache Settings page.
4. Scroll down the page until you see an area that says “Add here those filenames….” This is where we type the pages we will want to be excluded from the caching.
5. We will want to list the following pages in the text box and be sure to NOT add a forward slash to the end of then:
? cart
? checkout
? thanks
? my-account
? my-account/change-password
? shop
? order-tracking
Be sre to save and then empty your cache for settings to apply.W3 Total Cache
1. Install and activate W3 Total Cache in your WordPress Installation.
2. Turn Caching on by going to Performance ? General Settings from the fly out menu. Now at this point you can configure your cache settings to your liking. In this case I enabled ‘Object Cache’ and ‘Browser Cache’. Do not forget to save the settings.
3. Open the Performance fly out menu again and this time select Page Cache and scroll down the page until you see the ‘Advanced’ section. Within that section there is a setting titled Never cache the following pages:
4. To exclude pages from being cached simply type the name of each page. In this case list:
? cart/
? checkout/
? thanks/
? my-account/
? my-account/change-password/
? shop/
? order-tracking/
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press Save all settings to save.
6. The last step in this process is to delete the cache so that our settings register. Go back to the Performance fly out and click Dashboard. On that page below the upgrade button click empty all caches.
And that’s it! You have successfully integrated W3 Total Cache into your eCommerce site.Michael

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Widget Side Bar gone@manfredk Sometimes themes can interfere with Jigoshop. I recommend trying a default WordPress theme to see if anything changes. If doing so brings the widget side bar back then you’ll know its WARTA causing said issue.
If not then please post your System Info here or email to [email protected].
Best,
Michael
