Thank you for getting back to me and escalating this issue. Yes, this seems to only be happening with the list format and not the calendar format. If you look on the home page down under Latest Offerings, there is a calendar shortcode dropped in, and those are in the correct grid format. It is only with the list format that it stacks on top of each other. I will wait to hear back from you on this. Thanks!

Oh my goodness… it is always something simple like that. Yes, I deleted two emails and then kept retrying with those same two emails not realizing about the hard delete. I tried an alias email I had and sure enough it worked. Thank you so much for looking into this. I am happy it was a simple solution. You can close this ticket! Thank you!

Hello Again – I wanted to give an update and more info for you to look into. The form was in a live section of our website, so I put back the emebded Mailchimp form on the original URL I provided. The Forminator form has been moved to a test page so we can troubleshoot here: https://localbusinessinstitute.org/homepage-2/
