I had to dig and dig for an answer and it was my theme! Turns out a lot of people have trouble with calendar plugins and the code used in ait-themes.com theme’s. They just tell you to hire a third party developer and have no plans on fixing it. SO if you have any AIT-Theme and want to use this plugin or ANY calendar plugin, make sure your theme works with it before settling on it! The theme I’m working with is their ‘risotrante’ theme. Unfortunately, my client’s site is already established on this theme.

MY SOLUTION: I’m just doing another WordPress install in another directory called “events” and installing the plugin there. Not going to do anything good for site speed but at least I have some control after weeks of trying to figure this out.

I’m happy to help people if I can but in the future, I don’t think you’re supposed to hijack threads but are supposed to start your own. My issue is different than both of yours and while I’m happy to tell you what I would try first, I am no expert at this plugin and am just tryihg to get my issue resolved.
For your problem, first I’d look around the www.remarpro.com and plugin website support forums to see if this is a known issue. If it’s not, then make sure your theme, wordpress and plugins are all up to date and see if this fixes it. If everything is up to date but it still doesn’t work, then test for code conflicts with the theme or plugins by activating a default theme to see if that makes the page display correctly. If it doesn’t, then reactivate your theme and then try deactivating all your plugins to see if that fixes it. If it does, reactivate them one by one until you figure out which one is the culprit. If you find a conflict with your theme or plugins and can’t a)live without the plugin on your site or b)can’t figure out a solution to the conflict, then start your own thread in this forum. If none of this works then try looking around the support forums on the plugin website and www.remarpro.com again searching with an new information you found. If you can’t find an existing thread with a solution then start another thread. Keep in mind that this support forum on www.remarpro.com is answered every 7 days or so. If you buy the pro version and gain access to the plugin website support forum, you will get a faster answer.

Also, eic, yes you definitely need to make sure wordpress and your theme are up to date. The plugin is built for wordpress 3.9+ and your theme should be too.

    Hi Courtney and eic,

Thank you for the response. Eic, i’ve seen your issue in the forums before. Theres also some info on that on the plugin website. This issue is different and I can’t find any resolved threads on it.

Courtney, I’ve disabled all plugins already and it had no effect. WordPress is version 4.1 and my theme is up to date. If you look at the source code on the calendar page, there is no code at all. It is completely blank. How can this happen?
