I was wondering if there might be a compatibility issue with WordPress 4.1 (which is what the first 2 sites I tried are running); so, I installed on another site running 3.9.3 (https://www.thecleeks.com) and am still experiencing the same problem (plus a coupke of additional problems in this case) Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I used auto-insert on both.

Also, just added plugin to another site and am having the exact same problem: https://www.matthewcleek.com
