We have released a newer version of the CoDesigner (4.1) resolving the “Coupon Form” widget issue.

Could you please update the plugin to the latest version and see if the issue persists?

There you mentioned you’re having issues with a third-party plugin called LearnDash Pro panel within your dashboard. Also, our Support rep Nazifa told you our team is working on this.
