Moving the position in the product setup sorts this! Thanks.

Only fix I have found is to convert the image that is greater than 1600px wide to webp before uploading to wordpress.

I am also having this issue, as soon as I upload the image and use it on the site as an image, the intrinsic size is a max of 1600px
