In reply to: Plugins update status disappeared?Yes, why can’t you understand.. I had that red square with a number of UPDATES AVAILABLE till now, and after I’ve browsed for some time in the admin panel, I’ve spotted, that IT DISAPPEARED. How come??
And when I enter the plugins sections, I don’t see any of the plugins needing an update, although THERE ARE some.

In reply to: Could many categories slow down WordPress?OK, thak you for the link. What I still wonder is, is it a known fact, that more categories may slow the index.php page? Or the problem may be in some plugin?

In reply to: Index.php ALWAYS waiting 3 secondsThe most interesting for me is the following: if I delete the cache and then go to the https://www.domain.com/index.php page, it loads for less than a second. If I update an article or post a new one, then go to the index (without deleting the cache), it is delayed for 3 seconds. If I disable WP Supercache, the situation remains the same…
This is an add-on domain. The main domain at the same server has the same plugins, tha same theme and the same version of WordPress. There is no problem.

In reply to: Index.php ALWAYS waiting 3 secondsOne more thing: I’ve copied the index.php file in the main directory (public_html) as index1.php – https://www.ekrana.info/index1.php – then the page loads faster (and no publications are pulled out) . But if I put an empty file for home.php, then it yet again loads slowly (even though there are no articles in that case too). How come that is so?
And yet one more thing… I have EXACTLY the same plugins in my other site I’ve listed. But there are no problems. I have even more plugins there, plus all the listed here, latest versions…

In reply to: Index.php ALWAYS waiting 3 secondsWell, OK, but the problem is, once you uninstall a plugin, you miss all the configurations. I thought it could be figured out in some other way, but if you say so…

In reply to: Index.php ALWAYS waiting 3 secondsAs it seems no one could help in this section, so could I kindly ask a moderator to move the topic to the WP-Advanced section? I think I’ve described quite well my problem, plus I’ve put a video… I see a question “The site is too slow or get “stopped” there, it’ s a similar issue… really hope someone could help me ??
