In fact, I just noticed that the only Ticker Animation Type that works is Scroll (with the issue that I mentioned). But when I change it, for instance to slide, the ticker disappears. I tried to update the app, but nothing changes. I noticed something, when I’m using the native interface to change the status bar color I have to change the navigation bar color. However, when I am using the BuddyApp theme, I can’t see that option in the Theme and colors section, so I can’t do it.

In fact, I can change it in the website, but not in the app. ??

Thank you for your answer, Amauri. Unfortunately, it can only be done with the native interface. When I try with de BuddyApp theme, it doesn’t work. Maybe I need some CSS code. Any suggestions?

I just solved, it’s a plugin BuddyForms Members they’re not compatible. I have to unistall it and it worked.
