I’m not sure if this error is being showed because of my plugin or something other so I might not be able to help you in resolving the error, But if you are unable to access your site please delete or rename the folder “simple-slider-ssp” using FTP from the wp-content/plugins/ directory this will deactivate the slider plugin.

I think this might change your mind and you start using the plugin again hopefully or might also change the rating to 5.

• It’s a skin based plugin the default skin which comes with the free version of the plugin does not support the HTML in the slides. Please purchase the premium version of the plugin it has HTML skin which supports both image and html slide types
• When you click on the Add Image button and select an image you’ll also find out the text field “Link Image To” please enter the link there and then click on the Insert into Post button

Captions are supported in the free version ignore all the replies in the link I posted, just read the last reply that’ll solve the issue.

The premium feature is support for the HTML in the default skin not the captions.

Let me know if it makes sense or not.

When you add slides and then images into them it’s up to you which size you choose. From the slider options you can set the width and height of the slider but the default skin is responsive and it’ll try to fit any size of image into the frame so what you are trying to achieve might not be possible with the plugin without modifying the skin which you can if you have css knowledge to suit your needs.

This plugin does not support the feature you are looking for.

I’m afraid it’s a theme compatibility issue on your site and I’m sorry I might not able to help you in resolving the issue.

Please post the exact URL of page or post on your site where you are having the issue and also try to wrap the slider shortcode in the a div tag with fixed width ex is below.

It’s usual as in free version you cannot control the cookies so if the popup get shown on every visit the visitor will get annoyed.

I’m sorry you are having issues, Please use the plugin you have purchased on another WordPress site and then let me know it does work or not. It’s not a good thing to ask others not to purchase when actually the issue was on your site.

@unwindyarnhouse you are using the plugin in a very cool way I’ve visited your site and found that the popup is getting closed when I click on ‘X’ close button. I tested using chrome/mac and ie8/winxp
