Hello @lwhwill,
Thank you for contacting Themeum support. I hope you are doing well.
Please keep a full backup of your site then update your version of Tutor LMS to the latest build. Strict mode was resolved months ago. If you are using a custom theme that uses a customized version of Tutor LMS then you need to reach out to your custom theme author to report this.
Hello @campbellduke,
Glad to know the issue is resolved. “Course Content Access” allows admin to preview courses even in draft mode.

Hello @angeljs,
Thank you for contacting Themeum support. I hope you are doing well.
By default all of your published courses appear on reverse chronological order but if you have course sorting and filter features enabled from Tutor settings > design tab, students will be able to sort courses based on release date and course title.
Hello @campbellduke,
Thank you for contacting Themeum support.
To view draft course as admin you can enable “Course Content Access” feature from Tutor settings > course tab. I visited your site and was able to view course details page after landing course archive page which displays all of your published courses from a single page.

Hello @curtismany,
Sorry no such option given in the plugin to hide course contents from visitors or from logged in users except that you can hide entire course page from unregistered users.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Remove Mark as CompleteHello @amdelellis,
Thank you for contacting Themeum support. I hope you are doing well.
You can apply CSS rule to hide this button but this is not recommended as this button is linked to course progress data. Instead, you can create quizzes and assignments at the end of each module to test them to ensure they watched video lessons or you can use “Content Drip” to compel them to watch each previous lessons before they can move on to the next. This feature doesn’t allow them to jump to any random lessons.
Should you decide you hide this button you can apply this CSS rule from WP admin dashboard > appearance > customize > additional CSS
.tutor-course-single-content-wrapper #tutor-single-entry-content .tutor-course-topic-single-header .tutor-topbar-mark-btn { display: none; }
Hello @facundomanzi,
What I meant is 24 hours is the max we sometimes take to respond depending on the influx of tickets but majority of the time we reply as soon as the ticket is received at our end.
Let me clear a confusion is that when you enable marketplace it enables instructor’s list page in WP admin backend and not in Tutor frontend dashboard. Instructor’s list page allows admin to approve/disapprove instructor’s application. Until a user is approved as instructor he/she won’t have access to frontend course builder.
Hello @facundomanzi,
Thanks for sharing screenshots. You appear to be using Tutor LMS pro plugin. Based on WordPress support guidelines we are not allowed to offer support for pro customers in here. Please visit our support page https://www.themeum.com/support/ to create a ticket and mention your order number. We will then follow up within 24 hours max.
For quick reference you can mention about this thread in your email. Thanks
Hello @curtismany,
Thank you for contacting Themeum support. I hope you are doing well.
You can enable “Course Visibility” feature from Tutor settings > course tab- this will allow only registered and logged in users to view course details page which merely enlists the modules and lessons but until users enroll they won’t be able to access lesson pages.
Hello @facundomanzi,
Enabling marketplace won’t allow access to frontend course builder which is a pro plugin feature. Marketplace helps admin to view the list of approved instructors. You can write to support at themeum dot com if you would like us take a closer look at your issue. Thanks
