In reply to: [AddToAny Share Buttons] StatsOk thanks!
Thanks for replying Jeremy. I believe a blog owner should always have some type of control over which pages are shown and when. I think some type of options to control what’s displayed there would be fair, because right now it’s showing stupid pages on mine like the logout page, etc. Makes no sense.

In reply to: [Customizr] Mobile Slider FlawThat helped, but the strange thing about it is that it’s still cutting off a bit landscape wise i.e. when I flip my phone horizontal (cuts off the s in groups). And I am using the correct dimensions now per your directions: 1170px width 500px in height

In reply to: [Customizr] Slider Not Responsive?Don’t really know exactly what you’re referring to, but I disabled bamboo-columns and some other plugins I don’t think I really needed after switching to this theme. Please let me know if that helped, thanks,
[ No bumping please. ]

In reply to: Footer wordress 2010?P.S. Also if there’s a way I can just have the copyright symbol and name of blog and forget the date to be concerned with updating, this would be fine with me too on this blog.

In reply to: Footer wordress 2010?Thanks for replies… I checked the footer file and didn’t even see a place where the copyright/date would be, otherwise I just would have simply typed in a new date.
I just think things that simple should be built in and shouldn’t require people to create child themes and such just to keep it in tact. It should be user-friendly that even a novice could do without having to learn some techy stuff.
But if this is the only way to keep it in tact…then how do you create a child theme easily? … alternatively, if there’s a way to just go in and find the right footer code and replace it, then I may just do that too. But again, I can’t seem to find the right code.

In reply to: Footer wordress 2010?Ok thanks…so I have to make a child theme just to edit something as simple as a copyright? Why does the simplest things have to be more complex?

In reply to: 2010 Theme Post Excerpts?I read and tried to understand about making child themes, but still don’t get it. Guess if you’re technically inclined then it’s easy, but this is not my forte. Is there an easier way?

In reply to: Partial Posts? Thanks i read it but still don’t understand. I tried placing this code <?php the_excerpt(); ?> into the html when publishing a post put it still appears the same.
