this horizontal scrollbar are comes because of permalink slug input box width.

I think this setting is missing in your dashboard.
I have alternate way for this.
In your dashboard
1)From the WordPress left menu, go to Appearance > Customize.
2)In customizer, from the left dashboard, click on WooCommerce > Product Images.
3)Change the value under the Thumbnail width to your desired width.
4)Select a desired option under the Thumbnail cropping to change the image aspect ratio.
5)Click on the Publish button.
after publishing you have regenerate thumbnails.

Please check the setting in admin site.
and follow the below steps
Theme Panel > Image Sizes > WooCommerce and make sure to enter a custom cropping height and width for your Product Entry field setting.
