Sorry, it does say to contact support to delete and they are closed for the holidays : (

It only shows the primary (multicara1.wordpress.com) and no option to delete.

They do, now what? Still trying to read on forums for solution…

Still lost… not sure what my problem is, the nameserver? the dns?

Ok, I purchased the domain from Blogs About (never heard of Wild West until today) the account info I have is a customer number from Blogs about and not Wild West. Anyway, waiting for an email from them.

I’m getting this is in the .com account under settings. domain after trying to add slidellfamily.com:

Currently the nameservers for this domain appear to be:

* 72.51.47.238
* 69.174.247.47

Using the DNS tools provided by your domain registrar, remove any existing nameservers and add the following:

* NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
* NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
* NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

Then come back here and try again. It may take several hours for our system to recognize the changes.

Does this make sense to you? (I’m sure it does : ) Not sure if I need to follow all the steps or if this will work.

I cannot remember who I purchased it from, it has been at least a year and I did not save the info. I am using Blogs About for hosting and Ipswitch for FTP. Within those two the domain information is set up, still located in the wp-config.php file on my server. All my files are still there I just cannot access the dashboard.

What I was really trying to do was set up Multi Site and failed miserably!

I made those changes through my dashboard not my host. I was just looking around in my c panel, which I don’t ever use, and I found a place for dns but nothing is there.

I just did all of this today.

I have been running a personal blog using thesis on .org software for almost a year while in web design school. I want to replace my personal blog with a site someone has asked me to develop. I want to continue using what I have been using but stupid me went and changed one little thing and now I cant access my dashboard.

Also there really isn’t any content in the .com, I really don’t care about transferring, I mainly just want to access my .org dashboard.
