Have the clients actually paid or should I cancel it and ask them to reorder?

After all, I accidentally entered the wrong email when I changed email accounts…so I entered an email .om not .com. I fixed it and am now receiving payments.
However, the previous purchases which were on hold have not processed and I have not received payment. I reached out to PayPal and they said WooCommerce will have the funds or know how to handle it, so I’m not sure how to continue.

Thanks for the input. I’m using the WooCommerce straight out of the box.
I looked into my PayPal API more and somehow I had the incorrect API, would this be causing the issues I’m having?
Also, the products are digital, so should be sent automatically to the clients.

I also have a few “on hold” so I’m waiting for payment? I received an order details email, and it looks like they paid.

On a separate note, the funds are not being deposited into my PayPal account. Is there a way to check this and confirm it is set up appropriately?

I tried deactivating, reinstalling the plug-in, using different Twitter accounts, making sure it was using a wide variety of Posts and nothing worked. When I click ‘Reshare Now’ it just goes to the blank page.
