I have this same need/issue. When using shortcode to show a category – you can’t see any subfolders created.

Never mind – I found this in one of your videos where you can add width and height next to the short code.

I’m using the plugin User Role Editor, was using White Label Branding. Can I send you log in credentials to take a look at?

They can do it on the front-end but they can no longer get to the back-end Memphis Documents to do an upload. I’ve got both of these checked for the user on the settings page for your plugin.

That fixed it. The upgrade must cause that to be turned on by default. Thanks for your help.

No that doesn’t help. Here are screenshots of before and after upgrade, you will see the folders are missing at the top. I updated on a cloned instance and the same thing happened to the new updated version of Memphis Documents.

I had this same problem recently and the way I fixed it was I went to settings panel and unchecked Hide All Posts (non-members), somehow it got checked when I last updated plugin. Then all returned to working for the general visiting public.
