I have to click the login button after error 403,

We tried to deactivate all plugins but still getting the same issue.

We are getting password error issues while the login

when we are creating a new account then it is an automatic login.
after that when we are logged out and again trying to log in we are getting an incorrect password.

When the user fills the registration form and is redirected to log in – the login form data reflect in a different way in the database, while checking through the admin panel it also showcases the different wrong data.
