Hi @moiseika99,
Comment Import Export plugin by default only supports to import and export comments with post type “post”. You may refer mayuxi’s previous reply to import your custom post types. You have to import all your 10 custom post type comments separately, each type editing the code.

In reply to: [Export and Import Users and Customers] Image ExportHi @scotty1234,
As you could see from the screenshot, in WordPress, there is no option to upload or set a profile picture out of the box.
You might be using some other plugin to set it up. The basic version plugin does not support any metadata.
Hope we are clear. Let us know if any query.

In reply to: [Export and Import Users and Customers] Image ExportHi @scotty1234,
User images/avatars in WordPress are not stored in your WordPress database. It is loaded from https://en.gravatar.com/
Thus upon user import, images will be loaded from Gravatar automatically.Let us know if any issues.
Hi @zaimshaukat,
Thank you for your feedback!
Hi @zaimshaukat,
If images are not found in the URLs, the image won’t be added. The product with all other details would still get imported without any issue.
However, having invalid image URLs in the CSV slows down the import process as the importer tries to fetch the URLs.
Let us know if anything else. Leave us a review if you like the plugin.

In reply to: [Product Reviews Import Export for WooCommerce] Great supportHi kumaresanwp,
Thank you for your feedback!
Hi @studiokb,
We deeply regret the miscommunication occurred.
We have mentioned that the basic version only supports WordPress user import export in the description. You may please refer the screenshot 1 & 2.Premium version supports complete user data import export including all metadata of WooCommerce users, in addition to basic features.
Kindly consider updating the rating. Let us know if any query.
Hi @shikha12,
Failed to import error occurs when you have the unidentified character “?” in the CSV. Ensure that the CSV is UTF-8 encoded to avoid this issue. You may check the CSV by opening it in a spreadsheet application like LibreOffice in UTF-8 encoding.
If the problem persists, kindly share the CSV with us via support link here.
Our plugin outputs the CSV with comma as default delimiter whereas the delimiter preference in your PC settings might not be a comma.
Go to your system Control Panel>Language settings>Change date, time, number formats>Click on additional settings> For List separator, specify a comma ( , ), it might be a semicolon now.
You have the option to choose CSV delimiter in the premium version.
Let us know if any query.
